Canapes

Start your in-home dinner with San Diego Personal Chef Yoann with canapes. Canapes pair well with dry champagne while you have a chance to mingle with your guests. It is also a great way to sample various flavors. Some of the favorites are:


SALMON TARTARE MINI TOSTADA citrus and dill

VEGETABLE SPRING ROLL and smashed avocado

SEARED YELLOWFIN TUNA braised fennel, orange, and black sesame seeds  


After you relax and enjoy a few canapes, you can then sit down for a multi-course dinner. Everything is made from scratch and influenced by Personal Chef Yoann's training in Lyon, NYC, and Melbourne.
